NewWhat your market is talking about

Social selling that runs itself. For your whole team.

Speakfold gets your whole team posting and commenting where your buyers talk, each in their own voice, from Slack. It brings what your market is talking about, and tells you who engaged and who fits your buyers.

Free for 2 voices · No card · Nothing goes out without a yes

The hard part

Everyone agrees your team should post. Almost nobody does.

Your experts know more than anything on your company page. Then the week gets busy, the reminders stop working, and the same two people post. Here is why people stop, and what Speakfold does about each reason.

  • I don’t know what to write.

The idea is already there, from your news, what they know and what the market is talking about this week. They pick one.

  • A good post takes an evening.

Say what it’s about in a sentence, typed or spoken. Speakfold writes it as they watch and asks for one real detail to make it stronger. About a minute.

  • It won’t sound like me.

It’s written the way they write, measured from everything they have posted. Anything that reads like AI is gone before they see it.

  • Nobody sees it anyway.

Colleagues back every post in its first three hours, each comment in their own voice, so it travels.

  • I forget.

Speakfold comes to them in Slack on their posting days. Three messages a day at most, never in the evening.

  • Someone has to keep it going.

Nobody chases anyone. Speakfold plans the week, asks each person and keeps the rhythm.

So posting becomes practically automatic for each person: their idea, their voice, their yes. And the company gets a team that shows up every week.

Your week in Slack

This is the whole job. A few taps a day.

Speakfold does the work in between: it finds the idea, writes the post and the comments in each person’s voice, picks the moment and lines up colleagues. Here is Sofia’s week, as she sees it.

  • Three messages a day at most
  • Answer with a sentence or a voice clip

Good morning, Sofia. Three posts worth a comment today. First, Maria Lindqvist, Head of Sales at Polar Ledger. She fits your buyers:

Three months into our AI pilot and we’re still arguing about what counts as an active customer. Is this normal?

    Your comment

Very normal. Sales had three meanings of qualified until we gave each number one owner. Who owns active in your team today?

Your post for Thursday is about what buyers ask first now. One question: what did a buyer ask you first this week?

Who owns the data. Third call in a row, before anyone asked about the model.

    Speakfold8:34

Here’s your draft for Thursday. Sounds like you.

Buyers have stopped asking which model we use. The first question on every call now is who owns the data. Three calls in a row this week.

What it gets you

Heard where your buyers are. And you know who’s listening.

A team that posts every week is the start. Speakfold also keeps your people on top of the market, puts them in the conversations your buyers read, and tells you which accounts are warming up.

01Hear what’s happening

Know what your market is talking about.

On Monday and Thursday mornings Speakfold reads the news, X and LinkedIn on your subjects and spots what is rising: a subject several people bring up, more than before. Each one goes to the colleague with the best angle, as an idea for their next post. On Mondays the three strongest land in your team’s channel.

02Show up where the discussion is

Be in the conversations your buyers read.

Every workday morning Speakfold finds posts by people who fit who you sell to, your target accounts and your competitors, and posts on what each person chose to comment on, and at noon it looks again for your competitors and target accounts. Each person gets their three best, with a comment in their own voice. They post it with one tap.

See which accounts are warming up.

Speakfold looks at who reacted to and commented on your team’s posts, groups them by the company they work at, and checks each company against who you sell to. You see which accounts are warming up and who fits your buyers, each owner hears about theirs on Monday, and the author gets a reply ready in their voice.

Why it sticks

Good for each person. Good for the company.

People keep going because it builds their own name, on the topics they want to be known for. The company gets its story told by the people buyers trust.

For each person

Why now

Most of the people who decide rarely meet your sales team. They read.

10×
as many connections across your people as your company page has followers, on average.
63%
higher engagement for people’s own profiles than for company pages, across 673,658 LinkedIn posts.
71%
of hidden buyers say they have little or no interaction with sales teams.
95%
say strong thought leadership makes them more receptive to sales and marketing outreach.

What teams try first

Your company page talks to itself. Buyers follow people.

So teams try to get their people posting. Here is what they try first, and where each one stops.

A ghostwriter or an agency

Writes well for one or two people.

For twelve people every week, the cost and the waiting grow with every name.

An employee advocacy tool

Gets everyone sharing the company’s post.

Every share says the same thing, so it reads as the company talking again.

An AI writing tool

Fast for whoever opens it.

It sounds like everyone else who uses it, and nobody lines up colleagues behind the post.

Speakfold keeps the whole team posting, each in their own voice.

  • Comes to each person in Slack
  • Sounds like each person, measured
  • Colleagues back every post
  • You see who it reached
How it works

Speakfold prepares everything. Your people say yes.

From one line of news to a post in its author’s voice, with colleagues behind it. Set up in an afternoon; about a minute a post after that.

Say what’s happening. Speakfold casts the week.

A launch, a hire, a win or a point of view, in one sentence. Speakfold picks who tells each part, with the reasons, and asks each person first. Nobody is volunteered.

  • Recipes for every kind of story
  • The right person for each part

We found 41 versions of active customer in week three of the last pilot. Sales had one, finance had three and support had their own. Nobody was wrong. Nobody had agreed. We put the owners in one room for an afternoon and left with one definition. The model was never the slow part.

Each person is compared only with their own past. The team celebrates shared wins and thanks the people who backed them.

Ground rules

Nothing goes out without a yes.

Speakfold prepares everything, and people decide. Four things it will never do:

  1. 01Post or comment without a yes.A post goes out when its author presses Post or picks the time. A comment goes out when that person approved it or pressed Post it.
  2. 02Invent a fact.A detail only the author knows is asked for, never made up. Anything still in [brackets] can’t be approved or posted.
  3. 03Rank colleagues.Everyone is compared with themselves. The team sees shared wins.
  4. 04Dig up the people who react.Who engaged keeps public reactions, headlines and where people work now. Never an email or a phone number, and all of it goes after 90 days.

Questions

Good questions. Straight answers.

Will my team actually use it?

That is what it is built for. Nobody has to open an app or think of a topic: on their posting days Speakfold brings each person an idea in Slack, asks one question and writes the post in their voice. They approve it in about a minute, and a colleague’s comment takes seconds. It builds their own name on the topics they chose, which is why people keep going.

Will the posts sound like AI?

Speakfold measures how each person writes from their own posts and comments, and every draft lands on that before they see it. Then Speakfold takes out the shapes that make a post read as AI, like a run-up before the point, a one-line closer or a wall of hashtags, and checks that every fact is still there. A draft with a red tell can’t be approved.

What if someone doesn’t want to post?

Then they don’t. Speakfold asks people and never volunteers them, and anyone can say no to a post. Colleagues who would rather not write can join as commenters: they back their colleagues’ posts with a tap and never get posts of their own. Commenters are free on every plan.

Does Speakfold post for us?

Only when the person says so. Each person connects their own LinkedIn in one tap, from Speakfold or Slack; LinkedIn asks again every 60 days, and Speakfold reminds them a few days before. After they approve a post, they press Post or pick a time, and Speakfold posts it from their profile. A colleague’s comment goes out only when that colleague approved it, and a comment on a post worth a comment only when they press Post it.

How much time does it take?

About a minute a post: answer one question, check the draft, approve. Approving a comment for a colleague takes seconds. Setting up takes an afternoon, and each person needs a few minutes, right in Slack if your team uses it, to have their first post written.

Where does what the market is talking about come from?

When an admin turns on Trends, Speakfold reads the news and the web, X, and the LinkedIn posts Worth a comment found, on Monday and Thursday mornings, and spots subjects that several different people or sites bring up, more than before. Each goes to the colleague with an angle on it, as an idea. Reddit stays off unless an admin turns it on, and what was read is deleted after a week.

Where do the posts worth a comment come from?

When an admin turns on Worth a comment, Speakfold searches the last day’s public LinkedIn posts each workday morning for your competitors, your target accounts and what each of your people chose to comment on, and again at noon for your competitors and target accounts, and keeps the ones by people who fit your buyers or on those topics. Each goes to one colleague, three each a day. Nothing is posted without their tap, and what was found is deleted after 30 days.

What does Who engaged see?

When an admin turns it on, the public reactions and comments on your team’s posts: names, headlines and what people wrote, and for the people worth it, where they work now, from their public profile, to group them into accounts. Your colleagues are left out, nobody’s email or phone number is looked up, and everything is forgotten after 90 days.

Which languages, and where is our data?

Speakfold writes in English and Finnish, including the interview and the human check. Workspace data is stored in the EU and is private to your team. People can download their voice profile and posts any time.
