41 versions of “active customer”. That is what we found in week three of the last pilot. Aino’s point about owners is the reason. Here is how we got it down to one.

The interview

Seven questions, then Speakfold knows your work.

Answer out loud in your browser or type, in English or Finnish. Your stories, beliefs and numbers become the raw material for every post, used exactly as you told them.

  1. 1What do you help people with? Say it the way you’d tell a friend.Who it’s for, and what changes for them.
  2. 2What do you believe about your field that a lot of people get wrong? The opinion you’d defend over coffee.
  3. 3Walk me through how you actually do the work. What are your steps?Your way, including the parts others skip.
  4. 4Tell me about one moment from work you still think about. What happened?Who was there, what was said, how it ended.
  5. 5What results can you point to? Numbers, before and after, anything you’ve seen.Only what you’d be happy to say in public.
  6. 6A year from now, what should people come to you for?Two or three subjects is plenty.
  7. 7What should your posts never sound like?Words, tones or topics you can’t stand.
Your own lane

Most of your posts are about you.

Pick the topics you want to be known for, and a goal if you have one. Speakfold brings three ideas a week toward it, three colleagues comment when you post, and the whole team is asked to like it. Company stories stay a small share of your feed.

  • A goal of your own: speak at events, hear from buyers, hire for your team. Private unless you share it
  • Each post says what it’s for: teach, tell a story, make them smile, take a stand or ask the room
  • A story told over a few weeks, one part a week, so people come back for the next one
  • An idea box for the moment something happens

Questions people ask

Your name, your call.

How long does getting started take?

About three minutes. Speakfold has already read your company’s website and suggests topics from your role; you pick what you want to be known for, add one real detail, and your first post is written. After that, when you have a minute, drop in your LinkedIn files and answer seven questions about your work. Speakfold shows a few things about your own posts, like your best one and the day you usually post, and your posts sound more like you.

Do I have to post company content?

Only a small share. By default company stories are at most one in three of your posts. The rest are about the topics you picked.

Can I say no to a company story?

Yes. You see why Speakfold asked you. Say yes, ask for another angle or pass, and Speakfold asks the next best person.

What if I don’t like the draft?

Pick another opening, rewrite any line or start from your own words. Nothing goes out until you approve it. Then you press Post, pick a time, or post it yourself.

Will it make things up about me?

No. Speakfold only uses what you told it and what your company has written down. When it needs a fact it asks, and the gap stays in [brackets] until you fill it.

Who sees my numbers?

You see your own brand index and results. Your team sees shared wins, never a ranking. Admins can look at anyone’s to help them.

Can I take my profile with me?

Yes. Download your voice profile, expertise profile and posts any time.

Does it use my old LinkedIn posts?

Only if you allow it. Your interview and notes are enough to start.
