Before you start.
What is a voice?
Someone who posts with Speakfold: an admin or a storyteller. You pay for voices only. Commenters, the colleagues who like and comment on their posts in the first three hours, are free on every plan, so the whole company can join.
What happens after the 14 days?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Business, no card needed. If you don’t pick a plan by then, the workspace moves to Free. Nothing pauses and nothing is deleted: the first 2 voices keep posting, everyone else keeps commenting, and you can pick a plan whenever you’re ready.
Does Speakfold post without asking?
Never. Each person approves their own post, and their own comments unless they chose to let Speakfold do their likes and comments for them. You can change that per person at any time.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on yearly plans and Enterprise. Write to hello@speakfold.com and we set it up. Card payments run through Stripe; prices are per voice per month, without VAT.
Can we change plans later?
Any time, from Settings, Billing. Moving up takes effect at once and the invoice follows; adding or removing a voice changes the next invoice. Cancel and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.

Where is our data?
Workspace data is stored in the EU. The privacy policy and data processing terms list every provider and what it does.
